How do I sign up as a pet sitting / dog walking client?
Signing up as a Lucky Dogs client is easy through the client portal on our website. At the bottom of any page, click “Become a Client”. You will set up your email address as your login, and a password of your choice. Then please read and agree to our Terms of Care Agreement. Now you will be able to log into your account in the Client Portal & complete all of the necessary info that we will need to know about you, your pets, and your veterinarian. The Client Portal on our website is how clients request pet sitting & dog walking services.
How do I schedule a mobile grooming appointment for my dog?
Please call 315-663-5579 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a grooming appointment. If we have not groomed your dog(s) before, we will need the following information to schedule your grooming:
• Breed, age, & approximate weight of dog(s)
• Your address
• Signed release form which we will provide to you
• Proof of rabies vaccination
(expiration date & tag number)
I have questions about my pet’s food. How can you help with that?
