All new pet sitting and dog walking clients receive a 20-30 minute complementary consultation with a member of our team to review feeding, medications, routine, emergency contact, etc. All clients are assigned a primary caregiver for pet sitting & dog walking. This allows your pets to build a bond with our team member & provides continuity of care.

If your primary caregiver is not available for your requested dates, we will offer to reschedule you with one of our other trusted, professional pet sitters.
